2010 Ticket Details
The 2010 event is now over, thank you to all of the patrons who supported this community event.

How do I purchase tickets?
As of March 1st of each year, tickets will be made available for purchase on-line through this web site, via the toll free number or in person at a pre-advertised location in Penticton, BC.

Where do I pick up my tickets that I purchased online or over the phone?
As per the instructions you received as part of your email confirmation, online tickets or tickets order over the phone will be available for pick up at the Will Call during event hours Friday: 4:00 pm - 9:00 pm and again Saturday: 12:00 noon - 6:00 pm. Be sure to bring two pieces of ID (1 with a photo) to pick up your tickets and enter the event.

Refund and Exchange Statement
Refunds or exchanges are not available. Patrons were responsible for verifying the day of the ticket they have purchased. Lost or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.

What is included in your ticket price?
Each ticket includes access on the day of the ticket; live entertainment; a limited edition souvenir OFOA acrylic sampling glass; a $3 Safe Ride Home coupon (for use with any participating taxi or Safe Ride Home program supplier); and a souvenir passport (upon request).

How do I purchase sampling tokens?
Product tokens are sold separately at the event and are only $1.00 each. OFOA tokens sales are by CASH only. An ATM machine is available on-site. The OFOA red plastic tokens can be used for beverage or food purchases. If you have any red tokens left over from previous years, bring them with you - they are valid each year.

Accommodation Packages
Each year the Okanagan Fest-of-Ale Society partners with various accommodators to provide a fantastic hotel room that includes an OFOA event ticket for the day of your choice. Disclaimer Statement (on back of ticket)
Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules. Failure to comply with laws or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. Ticketholder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance with laws and facility rules and acknowledges alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, cameras, recording devices, and packages are not permitted on the premises.
Ticketholder voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers incidental to any game or event for which this ticket is issued and waiver all claims again the ticket issuer, the event sponsor, or owner of the facility whether or not such claims arise from the negligence of any of the said parties.
Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured and latecomers may not be seated.
Refunds on cancelled shows (where applicable) may only be obtained by presenting this ticket to the place of purchase within 60 days of the event date appearing on the front of this ticket.

Promotional Disclaimer
Media personnel are on the premises during the Okanagan Fest-of-Ale event for promotional purposes. By attending this event you are giving the OFOA Society & the media partners’ permission to appear in or on the promotional items such as, but not limited to, TV commericals, web site(s), flyers, brochures, radio commercials.

Is smoking permitted at this venue?
This venue complies with the Government of BC Anti-smoking Regulations and City of Penticton Bylaws. Smoking is permitted only in the designated smoking area which is located 3 meters (9-ft) outside of the North end of the facility in the fenced area.

What is the Capacity of the venue?
The society's rental agreement states a 3,500 person capacity. As of 2009, and based on consumer and brewer feedback, only 2,500 tickets will made available on Friday and 3,000 on Saturday.
